As the owner of Ecodry Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas I recently hired Performance Media Marketing to build and run a Pay-Per-Click campaign on Google. Two days later I was diagnosed with a severer health issue that will entail months of treatments, etc. I contacted Performance Media, to inform them about my diagnosis with the obvious intent of stopping any new PPC campaign. I never expected my money, which was a substantial amount, to be refunded; and before I even asked for it Will brought the subject up, and my money was back in my bank account two days later...Experience has shown me that there are few companies in America who would so willingly - and so quickly refund all of one’s money, and do so so quickly and without question. I help with the marketing at Kitsap Kitchen and Bath Co. in Poulsbo, WA. We have been working with Performance Media Marketing for almost 4 years and I can not say enough good things about this company. We are able to upload our own photos to help maintain our website, and yet, as sometimes happens, there can be issues with things running smoothly. All I have to do is send the pictures to my team and they take care of everything. I am able to send special holiday or promotional information that can be quickly and easily added to our website and taken down exactly when asked, without reminder, every single time. Our rep, Alan Gomez, is always available when I call and checks in with me from time-to-time to make sure that everything is how we need it to be and satisfied. And in regards to the amount of business that we have seen since working with this company for our google listing, let’s just say that we have had to hire additional staff to handle customer service and we are now having to schedule our remodel jobs months in advance. I’ve been working with Performance Media Marketing and Alan Gomez for a few years and the service has been outstanding. Any time I have needed help with anything or a question answered they have been exceptionally attentive to my needs. They have been very good at not trying to over sell me as many other companies have tried to do. They have found me a reasonable solution for the market I want to target. I also get lots of complements on the website they designed and host for me. Overall the service has great.
